My best friend is pregnant and looking at birthing options - she wanted to
go to the Womens Childrens birthing centre but lives in Belair so
I looked into using Senokot for my boy. I
have been using herb-a-lax to help him go. Senokot doesnt mark that it has egg,
dairy and nuts in it on the label. I was suspected it might have dairy as some
are chocolate flavoured, so I contacted the manufacturer and found out it has 3

My thoughts on this would be that maybe
its more a psycological response Maye the women whohave used it feel
that they have "prepered" the area to be alot less likely to tear, so are
then more relaxed during the birthing of the baby therefore are less likey tp
