Dear listers My client has a hiatus hernia and is due to have her first baby in the next couple of months. My question is: Will labour and contractions etc have an adverse affect on the hernia? If so, what are the implications for her birth? She went off all medication when she fell

Hi! We have a client who is due in 5 weeks and her babe is presenting as footling breech. The hospital is talking ceasarean if it doesn't turn. I know there are exercises and other natural things that she can try - does anyone have some really effective methods to remedy this situation??
