CPD is certainly overdiagnosed. I believe it is a
'diagnosis' used to cover a multitude of sins/excuses. One example; recently
we had a primigravida have a planned C/S for CPD. She was a robust healthy
woman with a smallish built husband. Ho
d a social C/S and that should
have been recorded.
