My Grandmother taught me to always rub the cutting board with the cut half
of a lemon "to kill the germs" and to soak slightly "off" meat in a weak
solution of vinegar and water for the same reason... works a treat. Must be
the acid changing the Ph. No quite the same as the vagina I know. MM
