Seems clear that there is not going to be an Evergreen for 11.3. And
it has been failing because the repository points to
openSUSE.org:openSUSE:11.3 instead of
openSUSE.org:DISCONTINUED:openSUSE:11.3.
It reached EOL two months ago, so... Should it be deleted?
