I am having difficulties reading binary 3D point data into paraview and am
wondering if it's possible? The point data I wish to load is written as a

The Display tab and filter Properties tab have been merged in v3.98. Also,
infrequently-used settings only show up when the "advanced" button at the top
right of the combined filter-prop

Right, I did not notice advanced button.
By the way, ParaView's pdf manual still comes with old versions screen
shots. For instance, in this case figure on pages 67 describes Display
properties. That would be nice (er) if Kitware updates user manual to be
consisten
