vtkWrapClientServer should be installed now correctly in the bin dir.
Apparently there was a bug in the install rule that installed it. Thanks for

I solved my problem with building documentation by building initially
with make HTMLDocumentation. It didn't include the filters/sources
(in the help - files existed on disk) if I did a normal make first.

commit (due to an issue Eric raised on the mailing list a few days
ago), people should forget about this target :). Instead, turn
