Well, the differences you'll find are Sirious carries a few more channels like Court TV Radio, NBA, NHL, NFL and a few other talk channels. I guess as a result of more channels they compress some of their feeds, so say on some of the talk channels the feeds don't sound as good as XM. Sirious
