Jim, I haven't used Total Recorder so don't have it installed, but out of curiosity I went to their web site. Looking at the features of TR it seems the editing abilities are restricted to the Pro Edition and aren't present in the standard edtion. So, could you be using the SE version? Does look

Hi, Jim, This is easily done with MP3 Direct Cut. 1. Open the program. 2. type Ctrl-o to open an MP3 file to edit. 3. Shift-Tab to get into a standard Windows file browsing and open dialogue box. Locate the file you want and press enter. 4. Press the spacebar to toggle playback on and off. 5.
