According to the web site I found it only supports aif and wave. What is
strange is that the site claims that the program is free but the link
doesn't work. Yet, there is another link that supposedly works but they wil
charge you $2.99 to download.

Hi,
I'm completely new to goldwave, and in fact to pc based recording in
general, so I'd welcome some assistance please.
I've figured out how to make a recording, but the level of the recorded file
is fairly low.
I'd like to know how to ajust the line-in recording level, and also any tips

I'm still busily archiving my own and others' old treasured cassettes.
I had to have the belt replaced on my white elephant mcd8050 (from the
old DAK catalog).
I'd like to have a backup in case it goes awry again.
Any suggestions for a moderately-priced, decently performing cassette
deck?
TIA
Hello every one,
Just as the title says, I wish to play live audio streams.
But I would much rather not use Real Player to play these streams.
The stream that I'm trying to play is this one:
http://www.wfsu.org/choose_radio_stream/889redirect_mp3.html

you have Real Player (and if the stream you are wanting to play supports
that (and only that)..I don't know that you have any choice! I do know of
something called Real Alternative..but don't know how good that

My best regards!

Okay, take a look at http://www.radioparts.com.au as they have a
Marantz Cassette Deck listed up there which you can check out, perhaps
you could get that particular model locally.
