Hi all,
what does delayed recording do? Is this similar to Total Recorder's
ability to record at a predetermined time?

Hi all,
I doubt it, unless the person's sound card supports a feature similar to
Stereo Mix. This is where Total Recorder and Replay A/V at least comes
into its own; you do not need a card with this feature to record sound
card output; just use the special drivers that come with the software

Tim - thanks a lot. Cost of this unit is only slightly higher than Shure's
one but the quality of recordings sounds much better. It was a great
suggestion.

Delayed recording will only record when a sound source is present. So, if
you are recording from a cassette it pauses the recording when the tape
ends.

Is there a menu chart available for the Zoom H2 recorder? I've heard

Can anyone help me please?

The Editing functions available in Total Recorder Professional edition are
nothing to be laughed at though, quite a bit of good stuff in there which would
probably suffice most people in their audio editing jobs let the truth be told

Hi,
well, in gw, one can listen to the selection and set how fast or how slow
the rewind and fastforward plays, so one could half or quarter the speed on
one and speed up the other if one wished. so, as i understand what you're
saying, gw does have this ability.

Right, well if he means scrubbing then Goldwave has the best scrubbing

control the direction whilst shift-j shift-k and shift-l control the
Well don't all audio editors have precise adjustments like that? Goldwave
certainly does, Sound Forge Certainly does and Amadeus Pro for the Mac

Hi, Richard and list.
We are talking about somewhat different functions here. GW and other audio
packages let you set rewind and fast forward speeds, but what I refer to is
the ability to hear audible feedback as you set markers. However, the

Well perhaps I'm not grasping exactly what you're saying but you can certainly
