This is kind of ot, but to basicly answer your question, the only one that comes with an IR blaster that I can think of is Haupauge's Win TV HVR 2250. I mean AVER Media makes a TV FM toner for $50 but, you said you want an IR blaster so that's my suggestion. However, I'd like to ask you a question

Ctrl-f4 should close the video window. alternatively, hit ctrl-tab until it just says winamp, go to your "winamp subwindow"< and hit enter when it says "video" to uncheck the window. You'll find that the playlist, equaliser, media library and so on all behave in the same way. - Original
