Hi Mark,
one way of getting the audio to switch between speakers is as follows. Let's
assume that you've got a single track in the project, and that the audio in
that track consists of someone saying welcome three times.
1. Select all the audio by pressing ctrl + a.
2. Duplicate the selected

etc and yes it can stream from URLs.

Note that there is some background noise in this sample, tends to happen when
you're using an indoor aerial with computers and so forth in operation all over
the place smile, anyway enjoy!
