2 Winamp settings questions

I'm running Winamp 5.66 on an 8.1 desktop. I cannot locate two settings which I very much want to change. First, whenever I play an Audio CD, Winamp wants to look up the CD on a database. Many of my CDs are home brew, so I do not want Winamp to commence a database search. How do I squelch i

Hi, the dm620 will be a good one, she can ignore any settings she don't no, as the defaults is quite good for a non technical person.
