well? I have an audigy II, and have no crackle, no popping, no studdering, I also have a c-media onboard sound card, that I use jaws on, if you try to go too fast for jaws, every once in a while, it will studder, when you hit the ctrk key, but nothing bad at all, but it don't crackle either. HT

if you have a mixer board, you can get a patch cord,, two y adaptors, and a small convert jack for around 20 dollars that would do all of this for you. this is how I take phone calls live on my show, and it works well. email me off list, if you would like to know how to do this. - Original Me
