A lame encoder question re-posted

Hi all, I just downloaded the lame encoder to my desktop. I copied the file into the following folder but MP3DirectCut says it does not find it: C::\Program Files\MP3DirectCut\. Please, someone nicely tell me what I am doing wrong, and then, tell me how to install the Lame program into the ap
