Greetings,
One thing you must be aware of when using the VoiceOver function is the
sampling rate of the clipboard and those of the file into which you wish to
install the clipboard must be the same.
If they are different, GoldWave will not let you run the VoiceOver.

Yep without a problem, use the Mix feature, you may have to drop a
marker at the point you wish to start mixing, sorry been a while since
I've done this with Goldwave though I have done it so I know its
possible .
