It's a Youtube problem in that the volume lowerd itself. I fixed it by
with NvDA, once in the video site, Oto get to the Object area;
NVDA+space and up arrow to turn it up. Until I opened up a new video, I
saw the effect, thus the sound returns to Youtube once again!

In an addendum to my previous post. It works in FireFox but doesn't
work In Explorer. How can I re-enable the function in Explorer. I am
