Andrew! This INCD doesn't sound like a file but like a program. In
fact according to Google there is an INCD program associated with Nero.
Look under "Add or Remove Programs" under the Control Panel for a program
named INCD and remove that.

the only other alternative is to delete it from the Registry (where angels
