I first of all must admit that I haven't read the SoundForge 10 manual but
by the process of deduction I am going to take a stab on what the Plugin
Chainer does. I assume that it will run a specified set of plugins in a row
as indicated by instructions from the user. In other words if you have to

I didn't find instructions to toally eliminate the chainer and I don't know
how to totally prevent that
plug in chainer from opening.
