Hello Jim,
That sounds pretty much like a ground loop problem.
The problem with 2 prong and 3 prong power cords is, the 2 prong power cords
are

If all else fails, check with an electrician or get a new mixer.

I am getting some static over my mixer and think it is from my computer, any
