This appeared to work for a period last night, but I'm having issues getting
patches again this morning. Again it appears to be an entitlement issue.
Please note there was an issue with the new download server this
morning where correctly entitled downloads were being incorrectly
rejected. Apologies for any inconvenience. Please retry any failed
downloads that you believe should have worked.

When I look at settings manage users the display
