Ok, I ran a test import, you can check it out here (all of the
objects should be the PT template):

Also, missing from your list below is "status". Let me know if you
want to add it. Here's what it is in English:

possible (though not especially well documented). Since most of my
files are pretty small, this might help.

afaik, this affects every pd (yet) on every os, since this is due to
pd's design. all objects i know, that do fileIO (except the threaded

their task. if you have something like this:

After a bit of investigation, I find that my original observation was

_time_ since recording first starts. So if I record 10 seconds of video,
wait 10 minutes and record another 10 seconds, the second file has 10:10

partconv~ is a convolution reverb like Altiverb. Load any soundfile
Impulses in .wav format and enjoy. It is a little CPU heavy but I did tweak
it for G4 and G5 CPUs if you have one of those.

Hi all,
I'm looking for good sounding reverb patches. Hopefully some that are
more complex and better sounding than the one distributed with PD.
So are there anyone out there experimenting with reverb-algorithms in
pd? And are you willing to share your patches?
Cheers!

Hi everybody,
I'm not even certain this is a problem across all operating and sound
systems; it certainly is a problem on my setup with OS X. Any sort of
file access has the possibility (*probability* on the first access to a
given file) of causing audio dropouts. For instance, if I use [tune

hi,
what about using gstreamer via pyext. here's a simple "playbin" that

After you send the zero it sets the playback speed to zero. Set it to
something grater again, like 44100.

Hi Jim,
I think you could do it using [comport] if you set the baud rate to
25 and 8 data/2 stop bit/no parity..
With a regular serial port you can't set that particular baud rate but
I'm guessing that the device will allow that since that's what it's made
for.
The "C++ Builder Example V1.41
how would you call the angle/gradient that the equation has.
for example: f(x)=kx+b... if k=1, the line has a "gradient angle" of 45
degrees if k=2 the angle is ~63. angle=arctan(k).

I basically need only 2d at the moment. with pmpd I think I can draw at
least 100-150 objects, maybe more(?). but that depends on the framerate,
and many other factors (like h
