[PD] pd-flite text-to-speech offline ?

Hi all, I wanted to try out this external from Bryan Jurish but it seems to be unavailable. http://www.ling.uni-potsdam.de/~moocow/projects/pd/pd-flite-0.02-2.tar.gz is a dead link. anywhere else could I find this ? Bryan, are you here ? :) thanks! Tim __
