hm, there's also a [resofilt~] object in extended that implements moog filtering ;) 2015-01-14 1:44 GMT-02:00 Alexandre Torres Porres : > well, maybe I got excited too soon, not much else shows up in the paper > that can be related to the moog code... > > Well, I tried making a first draft in a p

Hi, F13.paf.control mentions the existence of a [paf~] extern that I guess should be in the extra folder of vanilla, but it ain't there. What happened to it? The readme.txt in extra on vanilla mentions also about a link to download it at http://www.crca.ucsd.edu/~tapel - but this link is dead. T

I had put out an mf~ object as part of a seminar a few years ago, but didn't take the time to clean it up for wider use. This morning I did at least some cleanup and change the name to a more appropriate "bob~" (named after Moog :) and have put a copy here: http://msp.ucsd.edu/tmp/bob~.tgz I'm c

I should fix this - I took down paf~ years ago when IRCAM complained. But the patent it expired so I can put it up now if it's worth putting up. But meanwhile, I'm not sure whether it's a good idea, since it's so easy to make the paf~ out of simpler Pd objects. The only gain to having a paf~ objec

Cool, do you mean one could do [paf~] with F13 example as an abstraction? Cause F13 says the [paf~] external should work better, and I quote: "*The frequency itself changes instantly, but the center/fundamental frequency ratio waits for the next period. This gives a slight "chirp" if the fundament

Is there anyone out there who could compile a Win32 version for me? I need a patch to work cross-platform, and I can handle the Linux and Darwin compiles but I don't have build access to a Windoze machine at the moment. Thanks for sharing this, Miller! Joel On 01/14/2015 02:18 PM, Miller Puc

I'll get it cross-compiled at some point - if I throw it in vanilla it'll happen automatically, but if I end up figuring it's better left separate I'll put it out as a self-contained muiltiplatform extern. I'd be more disposed to put it in 'extra' if it ever works out to include 'extra' objects

Oops... I can't be rigth in both places. I think it's possible, but only using the "loop~" object from extra, which probably didn't exist when I wrote the F13 example. That would imply I should go fix up the example... cheers M On Wed, Jan 14, 2015 at 08:00:49PM -0200, Alexandre Torres Porres w
