Okay, I did the layer and mask thing. But note my selection lines may show
here and there, I will have smudge and blur and clone the edges so they are
not so visible.

I tried to disassemble a fungus infected F35-70 for fun. I couldn't
find JIS screwdrivers, instead I used PH000 and PH00 drivers from an
electronics shop. They fit ok. You need to apply a lot of pressure!
The screws on my F35-70 didn't need heating. I did notice some screws

Not an option unfortunately. The brush was ruined before I opened the
lens. As it appears to be made out of unobtainium, that will stop most
repair shops right there. I can probably manufacture a brush out of a
stiff wire, (the Nichrome wire used for old Estes rocket igniters seems
to be a g

pie. the other three are stuck hard. I've caused a little damage to
two of them, but they still should work. I tried more heat for a longer
time on

Given how deep the problem appears to be, maybe the $75 or so
to have a shop repair it could save the possible headache of

Sounds like a classic example of a sticky aperture lever. Flip the lever
on the lens a couple times, if it's at all slow in returning, get the
lens CLA'd.

The magic word is, I think, "seminar", as in I am on my way to a seminar in NC.
People are going to and coming from seminars all the time. That means the
border people do not have to think. Making them try, gets them all pissed off,
