I don't know but 4:3 is owned by the 4:3 consortium, Kodak, Olympus and Panasonic. I expect that Kodak isn't part of the micro 4:3 consortium, but maybe they are. I expect that the entry fees are relatively low, sort of like Pentax selling the right to use the original K mount for a dollar.
