This morning my PC greeted me with a few simple beeps - one long and three short. It then booted but the screen was blank. I reseated the video card and nothing changed. I then pulled some of the RAM and it booted without a probelm. Put hte ram back in and it seems to be working fine. I have

As John mentioned, you need to verify which type card you have. It's probably PCI-E unless your computer is very old, but check to be sure. You don't need all the memory and high end stuff for Photoshop so a 1-gig card is plenty. I recommend going for a fanless card, myself. My computer is much
