years. I don't think there is any similar way in LR, at least not in v.5.x
and earlier. (I am not sure about 6.x.)

I used to use LR/Mogrify 2 to create borders when exporting. It has a
ton of options and should work for what you need. It's an export
plugin, so it won't trigger when uploading through the Web module.
You'd need to export normally, then reimport the files with the
watermarks to upload via the We
