You may be able to save a bit of cash by fitting a smaller SSD. I recently bought a new iMac and chose the base 256Gb SSD since the bulk of my data is on external drives. It's not quite half full at the moment. Regarding SSD reliability, just make sure you have good backups :) I don't know ho
