It's a known problem with Yahoo & email lists. Yahoo adds some kind of marker to mailing list messages suggesting they *might* be spam. Gmail sees that marker & decides they *are* spam. There doesn't seem to be any way to tell Gmail that Yahoo is EFFED-UP and vice versa. Nor does there appear to
