I have used both of Kodaks C-41 B&W Print Films as well as Ilford XP2 Super.
The XP2 Super is very easy to scan, because the film material is light gray
and the Kodaks are orange (my Epson 1630SU has some problems with the

After getting my 77 mm Limited I got the 43 mm Limited some days ago. Its

can I use the lens hood (and lens cap which fits on the lens hood only) with
filters?

I have both the M 4/20mm and the FA* 2/24 mm. In a comparision of these
lenses for nature photography I can say that the distortion of the 20 is
definitly larger than of the 24.
Concerning sharpness, between f5.6 and f16 the 24 is sharper, but this

Is the AF500FTZ flash together with a MZ-3 or Z-1 capable of TTL flash
together with ambient light measuring and the flash set to -1 stop? E.g.
measuring without flash f11 and 1/15 sec, exactly that is used with
flash as fill-in but the flash downrated by 1 stop.

The product sheet of the MZ-3 says, that the MZ-3 has an predictive AF.
On the body are AF positions for "AF" and "Manual", but no difference
for "AF-Singe" and "AF-Servo". A predictive AF makes only sense with
AF-Servo. Does this mean, that the MZ-3 does not have an AF-single?

Hi Shel,
I own the FA* 2,0/24. It is my favorite lens for landscape photography.
Stopped down to f16 the lens is extremly sharp with a very good colour
rendition. For the first look, the 67mm filter looks a little bit large,
but you can use normal (not slim) polarizers together with a warming
