I've always used the ones for Olympus OM series cameras. They fit the
XR & Large KR cameras just fine.

In general the Rikenon / Sears 50mm F2 lenses were single coated, I
believe they have a yellowish cast to the coating. The 50mm F1.7 & F1.4
lenses are multi-coated and have a purple cast to the coating.
For my own use I've broken down the Rikenon / Sears lenses in the
following patterns -
Man, O Man, O Man.
Makes me want to dump all my Bayonet stuff.

Pentax content: My son gave me his K1000 as he has decided to go all
digital for his graphic art work. It was mine from about 5 years ago
and has a 50mm 1.7M on it. I'd forgotten how nice that combination of
equipment can be.
