Thanks for all the replies! I was thinking, interestingly enough...Since Pentax was a Zeiss(?) trademark that Asahi bought - Pentax = PENTaprism + contAX- right? I've read this in several places And thus is Pentacon = PENTAprism + CONtax?? All of a sudden the names seemed so similar to me..
