Hm, I have thought of Pentax (and Olympus OM) as the Macs of photography, with Canon the Windows. Canons have all the flashy features (but not ergonomic or best usable), unless you get their _heaviest_ body (Eos 1), similar to getting the best system for Windooze. Pentaxes (and Olys) were small,
