Hmmm. I'm not sure this turns the tables on the alleged discovery. Haven't some
FBI handwriting experts identified writing in the box of negs as that of
Ansel's wife? Not sure about that, as I haven't followed this very closely, but
I thought I heard that last night. Of course many of the scenes
it certainly wouldn't be the first time art experts have been wrong about an
attribution!

into just about anything that could make money. That's not
necessarily ghood news for those of us hoping to see an exhibit
aimed at showing off the photographs in preference to one that
attempts to monetize the cachet of the "Ansel
that's fascinating. Hope it turns into a book and exhibition.
