I'm shooting with a 45 CL-3 handle mount Metz. No problems with it.
Just set it to one of the auto settings and the camera to match.

The size of the K10D doesn't bother me in the least. I still have
one of my *istD cameras but never use it. The K10D is far superior in
so many ways, and it actually fits my hands better -- with the
battery grip.

I intend to get a K10D sometime this year. I have every intention of
keeping my DS. If nothing else, I view it as being a camera that I can
afford to have in the car with me at all times (along with a nice
assortment of good but old glass courtesy of eBay), and afford to have
stolen, destroyed,
That is where my DL went when I got my new/old stock DS body in
February. Dad has been climbing a rather steep learning curve these past
few months, and it has been trying my patience at least as much as his. :-)
Oh, the camera stuff, he picked up on pretty quickly, but it is the
processing and
I have no regrets. And my D feels like a children's toy when I pick it up now.
I've recently given my D to my technophobe Dad. I was showing him the
basics of how to operate it the other day. That was fun :-)

Not I. The K10D is a perfect match to my hand and needs. I've kept
one of the *ist DS bodies and it does good service still for tabletop

I think i preferred the ergonomics and size of the DS. Sure the files
are better from the K10D, but its a lot bigger and heavier to lug around.
