Not that much, if you don't need all the bells and whistles. I got a
Vivitar branded flashmeter with LEDs and 1/2 f/stops readout for about
60$ used, a better version with 1/3 f/stops readout and ambient light
compensation runs only a little more on the

Can anyone tell me how I many stops I should adjust for it?

We don't have a clue as to the reflectivity of the umbrella and
that's not the only parameter involved, so there's no real hope
of calculating a correction factor. Do as J.C.O said, get a
flashmeter
