Or shoot a roll of a slide film and bracket. If you position the umbrella
10' from a subject, your flash/umbrella Guide Number will be 10 x F-number
of a slide you like the best.

We don't have a clue as to the reflectivity of the umbrella and
that's not the only parameter involved, so there's no real hope
of calculating a correction factor.  Do as J.C.O said, get a
flashmeter.
