I only have Steidl's 2008 edition.
You are probably right about Sarah Greenough's book, the contacts in
the new edition is probably the icing on the cake, I'm pretty sure is
a great read as well; I didn't have enough time to read it in the
bookstore though.

reprint of the original with the Keourac intro...
