I'm a great fan of Galia pictures, but in this round you are the winner.
The pattern is interesting in Galias shot, but I don't see a story
there. In yours on the other hand the snail is out at a long journey.
I'm a sucker for small stories.

Be brutal and
Galia's sand seems more natural. I like the shot very much

I like how your trail disappears into the blur of background. I like
the tones and colors of hers. Also, the scientist in me likes the
sharpness of her shot so I can look at the details of the trail.
Hardly an aesthetic concern, however.

Boris,
I like the dynamics of Galia's composition.
The trail coming in on the corner and progressing across the frame to
the snale is very nice. And the sharpness is good as well.
Your picture would be better if you were shorter. :-)
I think some of Galia's secret is that she is closer to the
Yes, I see your shot as being somewhat warmer. I know this isn't a competition,
but I have to say, I prefer your composition, Boris.

They are both very nice, but once again, I prefer her work.

My honest, if not brutal, opinion is that the colors/tones and the
blurring of the background in yours is commendable.
However, I liked her composition and framing more.
She does make justice to the equipment she uses.
