Clearly true. However, Flickr doesn't make this stuff up. It reads the tags assigned to the image. If somebody is lazy with their copy paste (or for some other reason is not accurate in the use of their tags) then you are going to get incorrect results. That image has a smc P-A 300mm F2.8 ED (IF)
