Cost to have a lens CLA'd

I found a 400mm f5.6 lens in PK-A mount I can have for a song... But it's got some fungus growth on the 1st internal lens element from the front. I can't get the front element off to get in there and clean this sucker, so I am investigating what it'll cost to have the lens cleaned professionally.
