It does include a lot of stuff. If it is really like new his
expectations might not be too high if he sold
each piece independently.

No, Brendan, I think it's already too high (at $800 the last time I
checked). It does look like it's in pretty good shape for a 1980 LX,
but the seller is selling it "as is" (if I read his somewhat low-key
mention of that correctly).

$799-$899 CDN may be a fair price for a "cosmetically good looking
LX" from a reputable dealer, but I think that would convert to only
about $500-$600 USD (which also

Hi Dave,
I'd be more than happy to sell you CDN $800 worth of cold, hard Canadian
currency for US $1250. In fact, I'd be happy to sell it to you

Dave,
Other way around. $800-900 Canadian would be
roughly US$534-600!

That's interesting. Is it possible to find this list on the net somewhere?
It could probably help me in a current deal.
It is a pre-1982 serial number according to the list I usually reference ...

Christian...
I was just about to list this same question on the list?
What is up? 3200 ASA in 1980? It is a pre-1982 serial number according to the list I
usually reference and it does have the earlier shutter-lock collar but the faster ASA
range I don't get. Also, $800US...I'm sorry, but I wo
I would be a wee bit cautious of that one. It looks
good, but why has this exact same camera been up for
auction before? I seem to remember seeing it twice
before on two different occasions. I know I've seen it
at least once before, about 2 or 3 days before the
current auction started.

A bit pricey at US$475 for a 'fixer-upper'.

I received the above listed equipment I won in an ebay auction today.
Initially I was somewhat disappointed because my first impression was that
the equipment was significantly more beat up than the auction indicated.
