are still displayed as being current products on the Ricoh-Imaging
website. In fact you can still buy these cameras, (well the IIs and K50
anyway) through the website!

Read the update description. The new 70-200 and 150-450 zooms require a
change to the K-3, K-S1 and K-S2 firmware. All of those cameras have
more recent updates to their firmware than the K-5II or K-50. If they
needed updates, most likely the K 5* cameras do to.
