I think the problem is Apple Mail's sometimes flaky behavior vis-a-vis
plain text/Rich Text/HTML.

For what it's worth, I've only ever put one person on suspension, and it
wasn't Nicole.
About the filter, I have the ability to implement that, but early on it
was unreliable so I just set it to nuke anything that wasn't plain text.

As aside, using the iCloud web Mail client always fails as you cannot force it
to send plain text. The iOS Mail app

I don't see "mac.com" on any blacklists.
I don't have access to the server logs or anything like that, but I have
a bit of experience with my ISP getting blacklisted by SPAMCop on the
PDML server. That's why I ended up with the Earthlink email address,
'cause Time-Warne
