Sadly, that happened to me back in 2003. Canon and Nikon were bringing out consumer level DSLRs. The Canon D60 (6mp) cost me 3000 GBP back in the days when I was earning good money. Kept and used some Pentax lenses, but my last Pentax cameras were MXs and an LX! I wanted desperately for Pentax
