I kept mine after I bought a Pentax 15mm. It's much better for
travelling as it's smaller, lighter and cheaper to replace if
necessary. It can also accept filters which some may consider a bonus.
For the money I think it's a great performer. Distortion is similar
to that of the Pentax le
I have used this lens for many years. I have always enjoyed it
(stopped down to f8 or f11) on the MX. It's almost as good as the
16-45 on the istD.

But with the DS it's a really outstanding performer. Surprizing.
They show up as e-fodder for about $100 on occasion.
