Actually the right eye is a little more in forcus than the left. With this
shallow DOF it is almost impossible to get both perfectly sharp.

My impression is that with 50/1.2 at 1.2 focus confirmation is all over
the place.
Have you tried focusing by the back screen of the camera in LifeView
mode with additional help of magnification?
Technology aside, the portrait is excellent as practically all the
photographs you display here
