Thanks, Ann.
I think it's quite 'whimical' too.

I thought it was pretty whimical. Not sure if it's particularly whimsical,
though
Interesting, if you Google 'whimical' you get about 40 pages of 'hit's, so
maybe you were right the first time. :-)
Thanks for the comment, Frank.

Thanks, Marnie.
I like it centered too, but I should have tried a few more viewpoints. Even
after 2 years with the DS, I still can't get used to the idea that I'm not
using up film.

Ugh!
I love the colour. The shadows on the left are a bit of a distraction
but eh!!! it's still a fun shot.

Thanks, Rebekah.
I probably should have taken a bit more time over it but I get nervous taking
photos of people's houses. I keep expecting to get mugged by a disgruntled
homeowner (or at the very least his/her dog).

Ugh!!??
Are you referring to the photo or your mangled prose? :-)
I quite like the dark left hand side for the contrast it provides with the
colourful wall. I suppose I could have taken the shot less front on to reduce
the shadowing - maybe on my next trip there.

My mangled prose. It's been a long day and my brain is mushier than usual :-)
